Discovery Quay is a fourteen-storey development offering student and post-graduate accommodations. Next to MediaCityUK, the development is complete with internal and external amenities. Tenure types range from premium and standard self-contained studios and shared kitchen apartment clusters.
Inspired by Manchester’s rich industrial history of textile and manufacturing, the façade articulates a woven tapestry of colour and texture. The interior experience encourages open and social interactions with the festival zone, coffee shop, picture house, library, as well as the external courtyard. Our process and services included concept design, planning approval, preparation of tender documents, novation to contractor, technical design, and completion.
