Kelvinhaugh Street Student Accommodation proposal turned a derelict, brownfield site into an innovative accommodation.
This mixed-use development which comprised of 598 student rooms as well as extensive amenity areas and public use gym and café area. The site was envisaged as three separate buildings joined by large public realm which could be used not only by students but also residents from neighbouring residential flats.
KKA worked with the client to create an innovative student accommodation which is focussing on student’s quality of living and their wellbeing. The building was constructed in CIMC modular system which offered a fantastic quality and high-level finishes that would stand the test of time. KKA was also appointed to provide Interior Design services on the scheme and the final product became an award winning, sustainable development.
